Due to an exciting period of growth, we have multiple opportunities for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team working within a key area of our tech digital divisions. TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT ROLE 90% of Searchability's leaders and top billers joined us originally a Trainee! We are looking for someone who is ready to immerse themselves into our recruitment processes, frameworks and systems to learn how to be a top recruiter in their market. This is a fast-paced and sales driven environment, no two days are the same but some of your key responsibilities will include: Learning how to use our key technologies including LinkedIn Recruiter, Mercury, Veritone, Indeed, Lusha and more. Working alongside Senior team members to source candidates for active vacancies. Developing commercial awareness of the market you are working within, actively generating new business through client outreach over the phone / digitally. Administration including prepping CV's, submitting candidates for vacancies, sending placement confirmations in line with our CRM compliance checks.
