What You'll Be Doing You'll be the commercial lead across several Frozen Food categories, driving sales growth, margin improvement, and customer satisfaction through smart trading decisions. Key responsibilities: Take full ownership of a broad product portfolio (branded & own-label). Deliver profitable sales growth through range development, pricing, and promotions. Negotiate and manage Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key suppliers. Build long-term supplier partnerships to unlock growth, value, and innovation.
