3. Provide excellent customer service by handling queries via phone and email.
4. Maintain accurate records and update internal databases as required.
5. Coordinate with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
6. Process and manage documentation related to transport & distribution operations.
7. Assist with scheduling and tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
8. Support the management team with general administrative duties.
9. Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Administrator / Customer Service Temp should have:
11. Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, ideally within the transport & distribution industry.
12. Proficiency with standard office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
13. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
14. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
15. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
16. The ability to work effectively as part of a team in Airdrie.
