The Role:
1. Sort and organise incoming parcels accurately and efficiently according to designated routes and destinations
2. Operate conveyor belts, scanners, and other warehouse equipment
3. Ensure parcels are correctly labelled and categorised to prevent delivery errors
4. Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines and maintain workflow
5. Identify damaged parcels and follow company procedures for reporting and handling
