Job purpose
We are seeking an Apprentice Office Administrator looking to begin their career in an administrative role to join our team and provide clerical and administrative support. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining office efficiency and handling day-to-day operations. Would ideally suit a school/college leaver, who is looking for the opportunity to complete an SVQ in Business Administration.
* Conduct clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
* Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
* Utilise computerised systems to input, update, and retrieve information
* Assist in organising office documents and maintaining filing systems
* Support the Office Manager with administrative tasks as required.
* Familiar with Microsoft Office and Excel
* Typing skills for accurate data entry
* Good telephone manner
* Due to location a driving licence would be preferred.
Hours would be Mon – Fri 9am until 4:30pm
