As SkyShowtime’s Commercial Acquisition Manager, you’ll be at the heart of how the business understands and tracks performance. You’ll play a key part in building and maintaining automated performance reporting and analytical outputs that are used day‑to‑day and facilitate information sharing across the organisation. Working closely with stakeholders across many areas in the business, you’ll turn data into clear insights that will support decision‑making and drive performance.
This role is ideal for someone with 4‑6 years’ experience who is keen to further develop their analytical foundations in a commercial environment while delivering high‑quality analysis that genuinely influences business performance. You’ll have the opportunity to develop a broad understanding of how a D2C business operates end‑to‑end, partnering closely with the different teams driving subscriber growth, in an environment with endless opportunities to take on new challenges.
Key Responsibilities
* Acquisition Forecasting: Build and maintain advanced forecasting models for demand, CPL, conversion rates, and ROI to support acquisition marketing strategy and decision‑making.
* Performance Analysis & Insights: Lead deep‑dive analyses to identify acquisition trends, variances, channel efficiency, and opportunities; deliver actionable recommendations to optimise campaigns.
* Business Partnering: Act as strategic partner to acquisition marketing, digital, and ecommerce teams, providing budget tracking, scenario modelling, and performance insights across markets.
* Reporting & Stakeholder Collaboration: Develop standardised dashboards and visualisations (Tableau/Amplitude); communicate insights to senior stakeholders and support cross‑functional decision‑making.
What You’ll Bring
* Experience in commercial strategy or performance marketing, ideally in a D2C subscription‑based business or the media industry with an acquisition focus (e.g., digital/ecommerce channels).
* Advanced Excel skills for modelling; experience with forecasting tools; Tableau, Amplitude, or PowerBI skills; strong in translating data to insights.
* Proven stakeholder management with marketing teams; excellent communication for senior audiences; proactive, detail‑oriented in dynamic settings.
* Must be fluent in English with excellent oral and writing skills. Additional European language capabilities are a plus.
Where You’ll Work
* To maximise the benefits of team collaboration we operate a hybrid working model, with the team office based 2‑3 days per week. We ask team members to be in the office but offering flexibility is a core value of our team and business.
* Your primary base will be in Osterley, on the Sky campus, a 10‑minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Free shuttle buses are available, running to and from Osterley, Chiswick Park, Gunnersbury, Acton Town and Ealing Broadway tube stations. On‑site parking, bike shelters and showers/changing facilities are also available.
* You can benefit from all the on‑site facilities at the Sky campus including: subsidised restaurants, Waitrose, gym, cinema, car wash, hair & beauty salon.
