Location: Broughton (minimum 60% onsite)
Contract: 12-month contract
Hours: 35 hours per week (flexible working between 7am-7pm)
Clearance: BPSS+ (arranged by the client)

About the Role
We're proud to partner with a leading aerospace organisation that's driving ambitious digital transformation across its Broughton site. As a Digital Project Leader, you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering digital initiatives that make a real impact on how the business operates.
Working with cross-functional teams, you'll help design and deploy world-class digital solutions, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to a wider digitalisation strategy that touches every area of the plant. This is an exciting role for someone who enjoys variety, collaboration, and seeing their work deliver meaningful results.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll have the opportunity to lead and support a wide range of digital transformation activities, including:
1. Delivering digitalisation projects across multiple areas of the Broughton plant (PAC, A350, SA02, SA03).
