Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Business Development Executive to join our team. ideally within the waste / recycling industry to join the new venture at Clean Earth Waste Solutions, part of the Monoworld Group PLC. In this role as a Sales Executive / Business Development Manager, to drive new business growth within all sectors, providing clients with a one stop shop for all their waste streams. you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth through effective B2B sales strategies. This is a field-based role which suits a competitive, confident communicator with a passion for securing new clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and experience with Salesforce
Salary: £28 – 30K per annum with commission, company car, laptop, mobile phone
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs
* Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and client requirements.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders, showcasing our products and service.
* Provide regular reports on business development activities and outcomes to senior management.
* Lead generation through cold calling, outbound methods and door step face to face visits.
* Actively manage your sales pipeline and provide accurate reporting to the business.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in B2B and Field sales or business development, preferably within a relevant industry.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.
