We have a fantastic opportunity as a Customer Relationship Manager here at AXA Ireland.
You’ll be the subject matter expert, providing guidance and mentoring to more junior claims handlers within their field of expertise, updating the Claims management team on relevant legal and environmental issues, and supporting the delivery of AXA's strategic goals.

You'll work the majority of your week away from home, which may include attending head office locations, visiting clients, or industry events.
Some of your responsibilities include:
* Providing guidance and mentoring to junior claims handlers as a subject matter expert.
* Delivering and identifying training needs.
* Serving as a point of referral within the Claims department.
* Participating in cross-functional projects and undertaking other duties as assigned by your manager.
* Conducting audits for panel solicitors and loss adjusting firms on large and sensitive claims.
* Managing technical and high-value case management, including notification, investigation, negotiation, settlement, and subrogation, within authority limits.
* Controlling costs by implementing processes and effectively deploying resources.
* Preparing MI reports for escalation to the Claims Manager and executive team.
* Identifying potential fraud cases and referring them to the Special Investigations Unit using red flag indicators and intuition.
Qualifications and experience:
* 5+ years of claims handling experience, including personal injury and liability (essential), property claims (beneficial).
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent, ideally in Business or Legal studies (essential).
* CIP qualification - ROI (essential).
* In-depth understanding of NI and ROI legal systems, processes, and procedures.
This role is a controlled function under the Fitness & Probity Regime, requiring enhanced background screening. You must be eligible and authorized to work in Ireland and/or the UK. This campaign supports permanent, temporary, or extended roles for similar positions.
