The role:
As part of a dynamic and expanding multi-channel retail business, the Brand Visual Merchandiser is responsible for managing branded spaces and commercial agreements within stores. This role is critical to ensuring that brand representation aligns with both commercial objectives and customer engagement strategies, ultimately driving conversion and sales performance.
What you'll be doing:
Contribute to regular product range reviews, supporting the evaluation of existing lines and the introduction of new products
Ensure that visual merchandising guidelines for all branded spaces are current, effective, and consistently implemented across the estate
Oversee the supply chain and maintenance of all non-promotional brand materials, ensuring timely availability and high standards in-store
Collaborate with store teams to ensure correct implementation of branded backwall spaces and troubleshoot any execution issues
Manage brand header updates by coordinating with suppliers to validate assets, overseeing printing, and ensuring accurate installation in-store
Coordinate supplier-led personalisation projects—both temporary and permanent—including fixtures, branding, and displays, working closely with suppliers, store operations, and contractors
Lead store communications related to brand extensions, product placement, and header updates to ensure consistent execution and awareness across all locations
