Responsibilities:
* Schedule and coordinate installation crews for residential insulation projects.
* Confirm appointment dates with customers and maintain clear communication.
* Manage and update scheduling systems for efficient team deployment.
* Prepare and track all pre and post-installation documentation (permits, certifications, warranties).
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards.
* Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries throughout the project life-cycle.
* Support project closeouts by verifying documentation and liaising with finance and ops teams.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders (project managers, sales, technical staff).
* Communicate effectively with external parties, including suppliers and local authorities.
Essential Criteria:
* Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within construction, energy, or a similar field.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and time management.
* Proficiency in scheduling tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Confident in working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
* Professional, approachable, and adaptable under pressure.
