Assist with developing social media, website and customer publications to improve the customer experience. Event support - assist in the successful preparation and delivery of ceremonies in the District providing onsite support to staff, customers and their guests. Meetings – plan, prepare documentation and take minutes. Customers - help in dealing with customers who are planning or having ceremonies in the Wakefield District. Listen, understand and respond to individual customer needs. Use customer feedback data to drive forward new ideas and improvements for the customer. Assist in communicating and developing relationships with stakeholders to improve partnership working and improve the customer experience. Financial - assist the ceremonies team in understanding the financial implications of providing ceremony services in a local authority and commercial environment. ICT support - assist with data inputting, data analysis, maintain electronic record systems. Assist with the testing and developing technology to improve the customer experience.
