Caravan Manoeuvring Instructor Contract Type: Fixed-Term, Zero-Hours (Mainly weekend work) Pay: £126.59 a day Expenses Location: Coventry, with some travel The Camping and Caravanning Club is the world's oldest and largest Club for all forms of camping, and our aim is to help people enjoy the simple pleasures that camping can bring. It's an exciting time to join the organisation and be a part of our continued growth. We are recruiting for a Caravan Manoeuvring Instructor to join our team. The successful candidate will help us to continue to provide exceptional towing and manoeuvring courses across the UK, through practical caravan skills and unforgettable experiences. Key Responsibilities: Welcome members on-site with professionalism and warmth. Liaise with the Lead Instructors before an event & carry out assigned tasks to ensure the safe and smooth running of the course itinerary. Support with general admin tasks to keep operations running efficiently. Inspect, identify, and report any issues with the course caravans to the Lead Instructor. Act as a Club Ambassador, engaging with members and enhancing their experience. To demonstrate exceptional customer service when engaging with internal and external customers and members. To instruct participants in the safe towing and manoeuvring of caravans, ensuring all members in attendance are made aware of all health and safety associated to the operation of the course. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in similar role Excellent standard of verbal and written communication Exceptional customer facing, relationship building and interpersonal skills. Proactive, safety-first attitude Ability to work under pressure Good IT skills Flexibility to travel and work at various UK locations Previous experience in customer service or outdoor instruction is desirable Holds Clean Full Uk driving Licence Experienced in manoeuvring a caravan or with the delivery of caravan courses The Camping and Caravanning Club is a fantastic place to work, with a supportive and dedicated team.
