Admin ManagerLocation: Sleaford, NG34 8HBReporting to: General ManagerRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and highly organised Admin Manager to take ownership of key administrative and operational functions across multiple sites. This is a dynamic role requiring strong leadership, financial awareness, and a proactive approach to compliance and process management.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Accommodation team, overseeing approximately 2,000 bookings per month, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service deliveryManage mess accountants, supporting over 1,200 members and ensuring robust financial administrationDrive the effective management of aged debt, ensuring timely resolution and improved cash flowConduct and oversee site Profit Protection audits, maintaining compliance and identifying improvement opportunitiesOversee site vehicle fleet management (4 vehicles across 3 sites), ensuring operational readiness and complianceSupport outlet managers in maintaining OurTime compliance and adhering to company standardsManage the site hiring hub, ensuring full compliance and smooth onboarding processesTake ownership of Crown account management, ensuring accuracy and accountabilityOversee spreadover control and management, maintaining efficiency and financial complianceProvide HR administrative support to the General Manager and outlet managersMaintain accurate and up-to-date personnel file (P File) managementAbout YouProven experience in an administrative or operations management roleStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent organisational and multitasking abilitiesConfident working with financial data, including debt management and auditsStrong attention to detail and commitment to complianceAbility to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across sitesWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work across diverse and fast-paced environmentsCareer development and progression opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative team culture
