* Conduct regular performance and operational reviews to maintain excellence.
* Support recruitment, training, and onboarding of new team members.
* Conduct performance evaluations and manage employee relations.
* Address customer complaints and feedback, ensuring swift resolution.
* Drive customer satisfaction and retention through engagement initiatives.
* Support the GM in managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
* Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
