ABOUT THE ROLE
As Resident Experience Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our home - ensuring every resident enjoys a safe, welcoming, and enriching experience. You'll lead by example, inspire excellence, and work closely with department heads to deliver seamless service across care, housekeeping, dining, activities, and more.
Your role will include:
* Championing resident satisfaction through daily engagement and feedback
* Coordinating service delivery across all non-clinical departments
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality
* Managing complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency
* Supporting home improvement projects and budget planning
* Deputising for department heads and ensuring effective rota planning
ABOUT YOU

* Experience in hospitality, healthcare, or care home settings with a clear understanding of standards, policies and procedures
* A background in team leadership or supervisory roles

* Excellent personal presentation and cultural awareness
