Truro | Full-time | Permanent
£28,000 + Uncapped Commission
Are you an experienced recruiter ready to take ownership of a warm desk and drive business growth?
Winners Recruitment are seeking a motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to manage and grow an established client and candidate base across industrial and/or commercial. You’ll inherit a warm desk with immediate revenue potential and be expected to further develop the business by identifying new opportunities across the South West.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Managing an existing client portfolio and candidate database.
* Full 360 recruitment
* Developing new business and nurturing strong client relationships.
* Using our CRM system to manage your desk independently.
* Working towards realistic KPIs and targets in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For:
* A minimum of 1 years' experience in recruitment with a proven track record of achieving targets.
* A driven and competitive nature with the resilience to handle pressure.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* A team player with an outgoing, personable approach.
* Someone who thrives in a high-energy, target-driven environment.
