Mobile Electrical Supervisor
Equans UK & Ireland is looking for a Mobile Electrical Supervisor to join our team working across the Midlands. This is a permanent, full‑time role, working 40 hours per week and includes an on‑call rota. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
* Competent in managing water services within MSFs, including L8 sampling and recording thereafter.
* Maintenance and repair of Mechanical & Electrical Systems.
* Management of Electrical Installation work and completion of appropriate certification.
* Fault finding and diagnostic skills a must.
* Basic knowledge in building fabric repairs.
* Supervising and monitoring subcontractor works whilst on site undertaking maintenance.
* Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared and used for all tasks to guarantee safe working practices at all times.
* Ensure provision of a safe and healthy working environment, wearing uniform and PPE.
* Operate a Permit to Work System in accordance with Equans Technical and SHEQ processes and client requirements (or an approved client system).
* Attend site in response to breakdowns or failures of equipment outside normal working hours (call‑outs). Take part in the regional on‑call rota.

Who are you?
* A recognised industry qualification is required; previous experience is essential.
* Ideally IOSH qualified.
* Asbestos awareness.
* MEWP Licence (preferable but not essential).
* First aid trained (preferable but not essential).
* Must have a full clean driver’s licence.
* DBS Enhanced with Barred Lists check required; ability to pass is essential.
