As we continue expanding into Wiltshire, Somerset and South & West Dorset, were looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organised Legal Administrator to join our team.
In this role, youll play a critical part in enabling the rollout of our full fibre network by supporting the legal processes that underpin land access and infrastructure delivery. Working closely with our in-house legal team and rural planning colleagues, youll help ensure agreements are prepared, executed, and registered efficiently supporting our mission to bring ultrafast broadband to rural communities.
As a Legal Administrator, youll support the end-to-end administration of legal agreements with landowners and occupiers. Youll be involved in document preparation, coordination with solicitors, Land Registry submissions, and maintaining accurate records.

A basic DBS check will be required as part of the onboarding process.

What youll be doing:
* Support the Legal team with the preparation, review, and completion of land access agreements.
* Coordinate with planners, solicitors, and landowners to progress agreements efficiently.
* Manage Land Registry submissions and maintain accurate legal records.
* Track agreement progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely completion.
* Provide general administrative support to the Legal team as required.
What were looking for:
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal.
* Able to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
* Proactive, with a problem-solving mindset.
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
* Legal experience or interest is beneficial, but not essential.
* A full UK driving license.
