What you’ll be doing
* Manage incoming and outgoing calls to customers.
* Use bespoke IT software for daily tasks.
* Place customer orders and manage promotional items/POS.
* Process installation requests and repair inquiries.
* Complete monthly reporting.
* Manage the Thatchers Cider shop – selling products to the public and replenishing stock.
* Package online sales for shipment.

* Good IT skills and willingness to learn new software.
* Analytical ability to prepare reports.
* Good telephone manner.
