Overview

Join to apply for the Children\'s Home Registered Manager role at Compass Community.

Here at Compass, we are looking for someone who can make a house a home. This exciting opportunity is for enthusiastic and determined Children’s Home Registered Managers who can lead and inspire a team to provide outstanding care, strong role models and a safe place for children to call home.

The successful candidate may receive up to a £5,000 relocation bonus for moving to take up this role.


Responsibilities

* Lead and inspire your own team to ensure that children living in the home receive outstanding care, strong role models, and a safe place to call home.


Qualifications

* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a position relevant to the residential care of children.
* At least 2 years in a role supervising and managing staff.
* NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People\'s Workforce.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
* Has achieved a “Good” or “Outstanding” grade within recent Ofsted inspections.


Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive base salary: £47,500 - £55,000, with the opportunity to earn up to £18,000 in annual bonuses, paid quarterly. Bonus eligibility based on home occupancy and achieving a "Good" or "Outstanding" Ofsted rating.
* £5,000 relocation package if you relocate to take this role.
