As part of our continued investment in strengthening and maturing our Architecture function, we are hiring for two Solution Architect positions to further enhance our capability and ensure we remain robust, scalable, and future-ready.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in bridging business challenges with technology solutions, designing and delivering secure, scalable architectures aligned to enterprise standards and strategic objectives. Working closely with stakeholders across both business and IT, you’ll ensure solutions not only meet immediate needs but also support long-term growth and transformation.
What will I be doing?
* Lead the design of end-to-end solutions across application, data, integration, and infrastructure domains.
* Align technology solutions with business strategy and objectives, influencing architectural direction.
* Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
* Promote best practices in solution architecture and contribute to reusable frameworks and reference architectures.
* Provide technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle, from concept to delivery.
* Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
What do I need?
* Excellent communicator and influencer, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels to drive alignment and collaboration.
* Proven experience in large-scale, multi-product organisations undergoing transformation
* Broad technology expertise across on-premises and cloud platforms, including migrations, upgrades, and ERP solutions.
* Experienced in architectural modelling and tools with a strong ability to design scalable, secure solutions.
* Natural problem-solver who is resourceful and able to manage complexity in fast-paced environments.
* Strategic thinker with integrity, adaptability, and the ability to prioritise effectively while working under broad direction.
