Night Shift Supervisor (Food) Lisburn Area Vickerstock are proud to be partnering our Food Manufacturing Client - who are hugely passionate about their products and the people who produce them - with the appointment of a Night Shift Supervisor for their facility based near Lisburn What we offer Up to £32,448 depending on experience 40hours per week - Sunday to Thursday 10pm-6/6.30pm. Company pension Employee discount Free parking Your responsibilities on Night Shift Ensure the production team are properly instructed in the care and safe operation of equipment Liaise with production manager on production plans to ensure constant flow of production. Review records and procedures to ensure proper use of time and materials - ensuring all traceability information is completed. Perform continuous inspection of product to ensure quality Ensure all equipment is in good operating condition Promotes positive employee relations and interdepartmental communication and cooperation. Ensure employee compliance with company rules Assist with employee training and performance reviews Make recommendations on disciplinary action and otherwise participates in the disciplinary action process as necessary Fulfilment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures. (please note this is a Night Shift role Sunday to Thursday 10pm-6/6.30pm).
