Legal Counsel £750 - £800 Per Day (Umbrella) | 9 Month Maternity Contract | London, Hybrid We are supporting a large, internationally operating organisation with the appointment of an experienced Legal Counsel to join its commercial legal team on a maternity cover basis. This is a high-impact role supporting complex, cross-border commercial activity in a fast-paced, regulated environment. The successful candidate will work closely with senior legal stakeholders and business leaders, providing both strategic and hands-on legal support across commercial contracting, regulatory compliance, ethics, and dispute resolution.
