Art Director
At Dinosaur, we believe in ideas that are impossible to ignore. We're looking for a Conceptual Art Director to bring bold thinking and striking visuals to life. Working closely with writers, strategists and client teams, you'll turn insights into campaigns that cut through, connect with audiences and deliver results. You'll balance concept and craft – driving projects from first sketch to final execution – while helping to shape a culture of creativity, collaboration and curiosity.
Responsibilities:
* Generate strong, original ideas that translate business objectives into powerful visual stories.
* Collaborate with copywriters and cross-disciplinary teams to create integrated campaigns across digital, social, film, print and experiential.
* Present and pitch concepts with confidence, adapting based on feedback without losing creative edge.
* Develop layouts, storyboards and art direction that bring ideas to life with clarity and craft.
* Support and mentor junior creatives, fostering openness and respect across the team.
* Work with external talent – from photographers to animators – to produce work of the highest standard
Experience:
* A portfolio showcasing conceptual strength and polished execution across multiple media.
* Previous agency experience collaborating with writers and wider creative teams.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with digital and social platforms.
