Job Details:
* Hours: 9am-3pm, 19.25 hours per week, alternative weekends required
* Location: Lyndon Croft Care Home, Solihull
* Residents: 52 residents with various health conditions requiring dignified support

Responsibilities:
* Handling calls and messages
* Managing incoming mail
* Maintaining staff records and filing
* Photocopying, binding, processing invoices
* Data entry and survey management
* Supporting the Home Manager
* Welcoming visitors
Qualifications:
This is ideal for a people-oriented individual with administrative experience and confidence in Microsoft Office. Healthcare background is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
