Salary:
£38,000 - £41,250 (depending on experience)
Role Overview:
Reporting to the General Manager, the Kitchen Manager plays a vital role in the daily success of our restaurant. Your responsibilities include team leadership, operational management, and ensuring excellent guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support recruitment, induction, and onboarding of kitchen staff.
* Lead with a hands-on approach, motivating your team through effective communication and pre-shift briefs.
* Manage stock control and food margins.
* Ensure compliance with NSF, EHO, and health and safety standards.
* Maintain brand standards and deliver high-quality service.
* Drive performance through team development and regular feedback.
* Operate effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
* Show passion for the brand and ensure your team is knowledgeable and confident.
