We are looking for hands-on and proactive leaders to manage pre-installation, mechanical assemblies, cable works, and QA compliance. Prior Vestas experience is essential and the specific turbines are V162, 4 MW. Key Positions We Are Sourcing: * Team Leader / Support: Prep, Preinstallation, Mechanical & Cable (incl. EnVentus) * Quality Assurance (QA) Team Leader & Support Core Responsibilities * Oversee and execute hands-on mechanical builds, cable installation, and pre-assembly on wind turbine components. * Act as a Team Leader, mentoring technicians, managing daily operations, and conducting toolbox talks. * Implement and enforce Quality Assurance (QA) standards, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with project manuals. * Coordinate lifting, slinging, and banking operations on site safely. * Interpret technical drawings, AWP/PWI method statements, and ensure accurate reporting.
