Are you a passionate and motivated Podiatrist looking to develop your career in a supportive and forward‑thinking team? This role will be based primarily in Brighton, but requires travel to satellite clinics across Brighton & Hove and East Sussex. A full driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle are essential.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high‑quality podiatric care to a diverse caseload, including patients with diabetes, chronic neuropathy, vascular conditions and basic wound care needs.
* Work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team across community clinics, patients' homes, residential homes and hospital clinics.
* Undertake domiciliary visits for house‑bound patients (non‑complex cases).
* Develop and implement individualised care plans under the guidance of Specialist Lead Podiatrists.
* Support, supervise and develop undergraduate and post‑graduate podiatry students.
* Participate in service development initiatives, clinical supervision and reflective practice.
* Maintain accurate clinical records and manage equipment and stock in line with departmental protocols.
Qualifications
* HCPC‑registered Podiatrist.
* Demonstrable post‑registration experience in a range of clinical areas, including high‑risk foot care.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, carers and multidisciplinary teams.
* Ability to manage a varied caseload and work flexibly across different clinical environments.
