We’re looking for a proactive and driven IT Support professional to join our office-based team in Blandford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with IT Support experience who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and delivering excellent internal service across a dynamic business.
As an IT Support team member, you will provide day-to-day technical support across the firm, assisting colleagues with hardware, software, and system-related queries. The ability to drive is essential due to occasional travel between office locations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Providing first-line IT Support to all staff across the firm
Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
Assisting with system setups, equipment installations, and user on boarding
Liaising with external IT providers when required
Offering hands-on technical support to ensure smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For:
Previous IT Support experience (essential)
Full UK driving licence (essential)
A-Levels or equivalent qualifications
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proactive, approachable, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Key Details:
Salary: £23,000 – £25,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Blandford – Office-based (full-time)
Travel: Ability to drive is essential due to occasional travel to other offices
