Job Summary
We are looking for a GP to join our team on 4-8 sessions per week.
How We Work
GP work can be demanding, so we have developed a comprehensive team structure to deliver excellent patient care while maintaining sustainable workload. We operate a successful total triage system and have built solid infrastructure: a Docman administrator to filter letters, in-house physiotherapist, social prescriber, health and wellbeing coach, mental health practitioner, phlebotomy service, and PCN pharmacist. We are a low-visiting practice with paramedic-led home visits.
What\'s On Offer
Salary: MPS paid. Benefits include 6 weeks annual leave plus 1 week protected study leave, regular education sessions for CPD, opportunities for teaching medical students and GP trainees. Daily morning huddles and monthly whole-practice meetings. There is potential for future partnership for the right candidate. We welcome both experienced GPs and those straight out of training.
What We\'re Looking For
We are seeking someone who wants to be part of a collaborative team where no patient or problem feels unmanageable. We are looking for 4-8 sessions per week.
