Profile:

Our client is the UK’s leading residential property services provider, managing over 330,000 homes across 5,800 developments in England, Wales, and Scotland. With more than 40 years of experience and a team of 3,300 employees, the company partners with developers, investors, freeholders, and over 1,600 Resident Management Companies to deliver expert management and customer service across the residential sector.


Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-level administrative support to the Development Manager.
* Maintain policies and company rules, ensuring consistent quality work.


Main Duties:

* Prioritize work to meet deadlines and targets.
* Coordinate basic works, dealing with contractors and estate staff.
* Draft correspondence with good written grammar.
* Handle resident inquiries and escalate as needed.
* Update and facilitate the sale of fobs and remotes; program as required.
* Liaise with contractors on-site and manage key handling, following up as necessary.
* Maintain and update estate databases and software systems.
* Manage purchase orders using MRI Qube software.
* Send electronic welcome packs to new tenants and follow up on non-received details.
* Communicate with parking companies and handle related correspondence.
* Record water and electricity meter readings monthly.
* Manage fingerprint clock-in system and invoices based on attendance.
* Handle telephone and email inquiries, keeping the team updated.
* Greet clients, residents, and contractors.
* Manage electronic filing systems.
* Liaise with various stakeholders including estate agents, tenants, surveyors, and personnel.
* Check estate postboxes regularly.
* Distribute monthly newsletters and updates to residents and lessees.
* Assist with estate management tasks as directed.
* Adhere to relevant legislation and work within budget constraints.
* Proactively solve problems and suggest improvements.
* Produce reports for the Development Manager.
* Manage stock and supplies for cleaning, stationery, and first aid.
