Key Responsibilities:
As an Agency Chef, you'll support busy kitchens by delivering high standards of food preparation and service, including:
* Preparing and cooking fresh meals across varied menus
* Supporting kitchens during staff shortages and busy periods
* Working efficiently in fast-paced environments
* Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards including HACCP and COSHH
* Managing stock and ensuring kitchen cleanliness
* Providing reliable support to hospitality and care clients
What we're looking for:
We're looking for a reliable and adaptable Chef who enjoys flexible work and can quickly settle into different kitchens.
* Previous chef experience within hospitality or care settings
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene
