The Role: As Senior Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on major construction schemes from pre-construction through to delivery and handover. You’ll be responsible for managing project teams, programme delivery, client relationships, health & safety, quality, and commercial performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee all stages of project delivery Manage site-based teams including subcontractors and direct staff Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards Foster a collaborative and performance-driven culture on-site Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies What We’re Looking For: Proven experience delivering large-scale construction projects (£10m) Background in main contracting with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage and motivate multidisciplinary teams Commercial awareness and sound contractual knowledge SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work Full UK driving licence Why Apply?
