are working with a rapidly growing property management company in
Exeter
in search of a
Property Manager
to manage a mixed portfolio of student lets and residential properties. Our client has over £1,000,000 in turnover each year and have seen 30% growth from the previous financial year. They have a company car available for use and offer clear scope for career progression with regular salary increases along the way. We're keen to speak with those who're enjoy a busy schedule and are keen to be part of a growing business who have a huge presence in the local market. In this role you will have support from directors, (front-end) lettings negotiators and the wider team.
Role Requirements
* Managing a portfolio of residential properties across Exeter
* Handling the check in/out processes
* Conducting property inspections
* Provide excellent customer service
* Liaising efficiently with other departments
* Issuing section notices when needed
Salary/benefits
* £32,000 DOE
* Commission & potential for profit share

Qualifications And Skills Needed
* 2+ years' experience in property management
* Full UK Driving License
* Customer service focused
* Excellent time management and people skills
