About the Role
Are you a relationship builder with a flair for creative production? Visual Architects is looking for a Creative Account Manager (CAM) to be the primary visionary and point of contact for our clients.
In this role, you will be deep-diving into your own portfolio to nurture long-term partnerships. You are the architect of the client experience, taking a raw brief and transforming it into a fully realized, immersive environment.
Core Responsibilities
1. Creative Conceptualisation & Pitching
* The Brief: Take detailed client briefs (SQL & MQL) and translate them into stunning mood boards, visual styling concepts, and comprehensive proposals.
* The Pitch: Present your creative designs and budgets with confidence, clarity, and the "wow factor" our brand is known for.
* Technical Collaboration: Work closely with our production team to ensure cost estimations are accurate and doable.
2. End-to-End Client Relationship Management
* Primary Contact: Act as the main thread throughout the project lifecycle. Even after handing over to the Event Delivery team, you remain the client’s advocate and main point of contact.
* On-Site Leadership: Conduct venue site visits to assess feasibility and provide dedicated client management on event days to ensure their vision is executed perfectly.
* Portfolio Growth: Nurture your existing accounts to identify upselling opportunities and secure repeat business by keeping clients updated on our latest themes.
3. Project & Data Integrity
* Systems Management: Maintain meticulous records in HubSpot and Asana. Ensure every project acquisition card is complete so the delivery team has everything they need to succeed.
* Operational Flow: Secure final approvals on picking lists and mood boards from the Head of Creative Services or Sales Director.
* Current RMS: Ensure all invoices and picking lists are correctly labelled, allowing for seamless communication with the Warehouse Manager.
4. Evaluation & Growth
* Feedback Loop: Conduct post-event evaluations and KPIs reports. Your goal is to keep our standards world-class, aiming for at least 9 client testimonials/reviews per month.
* Conflict Resolution: Address any client issues or conflicts with diplomacy and speed.

* A Professional Presenter: You are comfortable presenting to high-level stakeholders and managing expectations under pressure.
Requirements
* Proven experience in Account Management or Creative Project Management (specifically within the events/production industry).
* Experience with HubSpot, Asana, and Current RMS is a significant advantage.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-value accounts simultaneously.
* Ability to travel for site visits and provide on-site client support during installations.
