I’m hiring a commercial growth leader for my client — someone who blends performance marketing expertise with sharp commercial acumen to own the full revenue engine across acquisition, pricing, and retention. This isn’t just about scaling paid spend — it’s about driving profitable growth and improving LTV across the board.
The Role:
Sitting at the intersection of performance marketing and commercial trading, you’ll:
* Lead and scale all paid media activity (Meta, Google, affiliates, influencers)
* Drive customer acquisition efficiency, media strategy, and creative testing
* Own pricing, product mix, and trading strategy aligned to P&L impact
* Act as the commercial brain behind growth — influencing marketing, product, and ops through data-backed insights
What Success Looks Like:
* Scalable, efficient paid acquisition with improving profit on ad spend
* Smart pricing & discounting that fuels both top-line and margin
* Clear visibility into which products and channels drive profit
* Higher retention and LTV through CRM and subscription performance
Ideally You’ll Need:
* 6–10 years in DTC or high-growth ecomm (in-house or consulting)
* Proven track record managing 7-figure performance budgets
* Strong grasp of unit economics, trading, and pricing strategy
* Analytical, commercially-minded, and growth-obsessed
