If you are a customer service professional with the ability to identify and build business opportunities, then this role as an Account Manager is perfect for you.
Some of your duties will include:
1. Managing a portfolio of approximately 50+ existing client accounts
2. Maintaining regular contact with clients and building successful relationships
3. Dealing with client enquiries and providing information on services provided
4. Calling potential new clients to introduce products offered
5. Preparing client quotations and following up to gauge client interest
6. Managing client orders from receipt to delivery
