Job Purpose
We are looking for a FP&A Lead to join our team located in Dunfermline. The FP&A Lead is responsible for the execution of the financial reporting process locally, ensuring timely and accurate submission of actual, forecast and budget reports.
Job Description
* Coordinate Forecast & Budget Process
* Responding to queries, collating data for the global FP&A team
* Responsible for compiling a complete & accurate local P&L File
* Submission of REP reporting
* Ensure Integrity of financial data being reported
* Provide relevant analysis in support of the submission
* Interact with corporate finance and address queries as these arise
* Business partnering with Cost Centre managers as required
* Mentoring the FP&A analyst
* Coordinate workload within the FP&A team
* Initiate improvements within the FP&A area

* Accountancy Qualification eg degree/professional qualification
* Strong Accounting experience
* Process improvement/Lean mindset
* Attention to detail
* Resillience in handling tight deadlines
* Excellent Communication Skills
* SAP Experience (desirable)
* Experience of accounting in a Manufacturing Environment (desirable)
