Locations: Scottish IslandsPay: £21 Umbrella | £17.91 PAYE (Rolled Up)Contract: Minimum 3 months | 45+ hours per week (5-6 days) | Accommodation providedRequirements: Full UK Driving Licence & access to a vehicle
Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Community Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to adults living within island communities. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are confident working independently in remote and rural settings.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering personal care and daily living support within service users' homes
* Safe moving and handling procedures
* Administering medication and maintaining accurate records
* Lone working across various island locations
* Monitoring and reporting changes in service users' health and wellbeing
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year experience in a Care at Home / domiciliary setting
* Strong resilience and adaptability for remote working environments
* Full flexibility to work long hours and varied shifts
