We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Partner to join a highly regarded property team with a strong reputation, loyal client base, and a track record of delivering high-quality work across the SME and national business markets. You'll advise a broad range of clients including developers, investors, lenders, landowners and corporate occupiers on acquisitions, disposals, development projects, secured lending and landlord & tenant matters. Alongside leading complex transactions, you'll play a key role in mentoring junior lawyers, strengthening client relationships and driving business growth. What We're Looking For Qualified Solicitor with 10 years' PQE in Commercial Property. Existing client following and proven business development success. Strong technical expertise across a broad range of commercial property matters. Leadership experience and a passion for developing teams. Commercially minded, entrepreneurial and client-focused approach. What's on Offer Competitive salary (£80,000–£100,000 DOE). Hybrid working (4 days office / 1 day remote).
