General Support Teaching Assistant Location: Central Leeds Start Date: ASAP Full-Time | Long-Term Role Aspire People is currently seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to support a vibrant and welcoming primary school from, starting as soon as possible for the full academic year. This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone with proven experience, or aspiring teachers who wish to work in a primary school before pursuing their teacher training. The Role: * Support across EYFS, KS1, working alongside class teachers to deliver high-quality learning. * Deliver targeted intervention sessions outside of the classroom, helping to raise attainment. * Full-time position, with the potential to become a permanent post for the right candidate if you wish. * A trial day will be offered for shortlisted applicants. You will need: * A degree in children related subjects. * Recent, relevant experience in EYFS, KS1 is ideal. * Confidence delivering intervention work to small groups. * Experience working with SEN children is highly advantageous. * A proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for education.
