Our reputation is built on exceptional food, local produce, and an unrivaled gin selection, and we're looking for a Chef de Partie to help take us to the next level.
About the Role:
We're searching for a Chef de Partie to join the talented team at The Cholmondeley Arms, a truly unique pub housed in a converted schoolhouse on the historic Cholmondeley Estate. Our menu celebrates seasonal produce from local farms, including game from the estate and lamb from our very own General Manager's farm .
As a Chef de Partie, you will:
Prepare and cook high-quality, seasonal dishes that showcase the best of the local area.
Work alongside award-winning chefs in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Have the opportunity to contribute to menu development - your ideas matter here!
Take responsibility for your section, ensuring top standards in food preparation and service.

About The Cholmondeley Arms
A pub like no other, The Cholmondeley Arms is set in a beautifully restored schoolhouse on the stunning Cholmondeley Estate. It is famous for its 366 gins - one for every day of a leap year - and its very own award-winning gin! We host incredible events like 'Gin-stronomy' week, where we pair seasonal specials with our favourite gins and educate our guests in the art of gin tasting.
Our food offering is unrivalled in the local area, featuring estate-shot game, lamb from our General Manager's farm, and the best seasonal ingredients from local suppliers. Combine this with our cosy boutique B&B in the old Headmaster's House, and you have the perfect country staycation destination.
