* Support philanthropic initiatives and external engagements
* Oversee elements of private office and family-related administration
* Exercise sound judgement and make decisions on the Founder’s behalf
You will be trusted with highly confidential information and expected to operate with maturity, precision, and independence.
The Profile
We are seeking candidates who:
* Have worked in a similar EA or private office role
* Have supported a Founder, HNWI, or senior executive in a one-to-one capacity
* Demonstrate strong tenure and stability in previous positions
* Have experience managing international schedules and travel
* Are confident handling sensitive and complex information across both business and private matters
Backgrounds of particular interest include:
* Family offices
* Hedge funds / asset management
* Founder-led businesses
* Private banking or UHNW client environments
Personal Qualities
* Proactive and solutions-oriented
* Calm under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
* Highly discreet and emotionally intelligent
* Organised but adaptable
* Comfortable pushing back and protecting the Principal’s time
* Polished and professional, with a natural, low‑profile style
Package
* £60,000–£80,000 base salary (dependent on experience)
* Discretionary bonus
* Pension
* Fully office‑based in London (near Marylebone)
* Working hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Ideally suited to candidates who are immediately available, although those with a notice period will be fully considered.
