We are now looking for an experienced and highly organised Workshop Controller to join our Edinburgh team. You’ll manage workflow, maximise efficiency, and ensure every repair meets our industry-leading standards.

What You’ll Be Doing
14. Overseeing daily workshop activity to ensure all jobs are completed on time and to specification
15. Allocating work to technicians based on skills, workload, and operational priorities
16. Monitoring progress, quality, and productivity, resolving issues as they arise
17. Working closely with the parts, customer service, and VDA teams to maintain a seamless repair process
18. Promoting a safe, compliant, and well-organised working environment
What We’re Looking For
19. Proven experience as a workshop controller, senior technician, or similar role in the accident repair industry
20. Strong leadership, communication, and team-motivation skills
21. A solid understanding of repair processes and modern bodyshop operations
22. Excellent organisation and the ability to thrive under pressure
23. A commitment to integrity, teamwork, and consistently high standards of workmanship
