Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct socio-economic research and impact assessments
* Assist in health impact assessments and advise on major economic projects
* Participate in sector and infrastructure studies, cost-benefit analyses, and economic appraisals
* Support employment land reviews and other related activities
Examples of Projects:
* Crossrail 2, London: Analyzed economic and regeneration impacts of route options
* Stratford Waterfront, London: Prepared socio-economic assessments and health impact assessments
* Enfield Economy Study: Conducted land supply reviews, economic assessments, and case studies
Candidate Requirements:
* 2.1 or First Class Honours degree in relevant fields (e.g., Economics, Geography, Urban Planning)
* Highly numerate and comfortable with data analysis
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Team player with a positive attitude and proactive approach
* Willing to travel as needed
