Graduate role assessing credit applications in a collaborative Fintech environment at MoneyMe's Newcastle office.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
* Manage day-to-day business operations in customer support and underwriting
* Review and assess a broad range of complex credit applications
* Prepare, undertake, and produce credit submissions
* Gather information and data required to assess and decision credit submissions
* Conduct asset valuations
* Monitor and improve customer communication, messages, and channels
* Ensure MoneyMe maintains compliance with all legislation requirements
* Support other operational teams in providing positive broker and customer experiences
About You
What you'll need:
* Interest in working in Fintech
* Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate within and across teams and functions
* Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
* Strong time management skills to deliver quality work efficiently
* Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Compensation & Benefits
* Up to 5 additional days of bonus leave per calendar year after 12 months of service for eligible employees
