Monday to Friday | To cover Breakfast clubs 7.45am-8.45am and After school 3.15pm -6.00pm
Are you passionate about working with children and creating safe, fun spaces before and after school? We're recruiting for two roles at our Stonegate Primary School setting:
* Site Lead (25 hrs/week, £12.50–£13.50 p/h)
* Playworker (22 hrs/week, £10.00-£12.21p/h)

Site Lead Role
* Lead and supervise a small team delivering high-quality breakfast and after-school clubs
* Plan and run engaging, age-appropriate activities
* Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and admin tasks are completed to a high standard
* Build strong relationships with children, parents, and school staff
Requirements
* Level 2+ qualification in Childcare, Playwork, or similar
* Experience working with primary-age children
* Leadership/supervisory experience
* Strong safeguarding knowledge and admin skills
Playworker Role
* Support the delivery of fun and safe activities before and after school
* Supervise children aged 4–11 in a school club setting
* Lead play-based activities and encourage positive behaviour
* Serve snacks and promote healthy habits
Requirements
* Aged 18+ (due to insurance and Ofsted regulations)
* Experience working with children in schools, nurseries, or play settings
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Confidence supporting play in a structured but fun environment
* Desirable: Childcare qualification, First Aid/Safeguarding/Food Hygiene, driving licence
