The Role
As a Bid Administrator, you’ll support live bids from start to finish—working with multiple teams to ensure submissions are organised, accurate, and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
• Supporting live bids and keeping activities on track
• Coordinating with teams across Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Operations
• Managing bid documentation, systems, and shared inbox queries
• Tracking new opportunities and supporting tender submissions
• Preparing reports and ensuring deadlines are met

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Teams, Outlook)
