Residential Childcare Workers – Nr Lesmahagow, South Lanarkshire
Hours: part-time 19.25 hrs or full-time 38.5 hrs per week
Salary: £28,090 - £30,933 pro rata per year (including minimal sleepover pay, with potential for an additional £1,650 and overtime at £17.00)

We’re looking for a Residential Childcare Worker to join our established team near Lesmahagow, South Lanarkshire. What we’re looking for
* Experience in a residential or care setting or personal/lived experience and the right attitude to make a real impact
* A calm, supportive presence, even in challenging situations
* Flexibility and strong communication skills
* A full UK driving licence
* A willingness to support our young people with day-to-day tasks, activities, medication, and community outings
* A qualification in Health & Social Care (SCQF 7/SVQ 3 or HNC) — or the willingness to work towards it (with our full support)
